SEZ DK uses:

• horizontal robots TPO with the capacity of 25 tons
• C-frame presses LEN with the capacity of 25 to 100 tons

In 2003, we bought a multi-slide press TPX for the production of precise metal parts from the Czech producer, Kovopol. A moulding shop equipped with the Bruderer high-speed presses with the capacity of 30 to 40 tons has been built in co-operation with our joint-venture partner, UTILUX. UTILUX focuses on electrical and electronic connector manufacturing with the capacity of more than 300 million pieces per year. The automatic line is operated by lathe robots shaping bar materials with the diameter of 12 to 44 mm. All our male and female pins, and clamps for electrical installations are produced in this workshop of a sufficient capacity.
